You will receive three concepts with two rounds of changes. Clients can view digital proofs before their orders go into production. Once the order has been approved by the client, we will place it into production. We will assess additional fees for corrections/changes made after approval by the client.
We should be able to accept priority orders on most products if it is available in stock. USPS express shipping and USPS international express shipping are available for most products at checkout.
We consider any design services needed within two weeks as “rush” jobs. Rush fees start at $75. Please email us for more details at info@freckledjaneink.com.
Local pickup is available. Order online and select pickup. Please note pickup is available by appointment only. Email info@freckledjaneink.com to arrange pickup or call 203-212-8340.
Yes, we would be delighted to send that special correspondence on your behalf. We have calligraphers on our team who can prepare that special message for a loved one.
