SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days, unless priority delivery is chosen. You should receive your items within 5--7 days. Shipping rates vary according to the weight of the products in your shopping cart. Live shipping options are available which include USPS standard shipping, USPS express shipping and USPS international shipping. Details are available at checkout. We provide shipping tracking information for all orders.
If you are local to Connecticut and want to collect your order in person, order online and select pickup. Please note pickup is available by appointment only. Email email@example.com to arrange a pickup or call 203-212-8340.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you're not happy with your product, please let us know. We’ll work diligently to resolve all your concerns. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
To start an exchange or return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To help expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:
1. Include your order number.
2. Add Refunds + Exchanges in the subject line of your email.
3. Provide a brief description of the problem.
4. Capture a photo illustrating the issue.
5. Please let us know your preference for a replacement or a refund.
* Refunds exclude commissioned art prints, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
